Hi everyone, I have been retired from the telephone company for ten years, and currently I am the caretaker of my Father.  My Mom passed away in 2003, and my Dad tried being a bachelor at the age of 78 but decided it was too much so since we have an extra bed and bath he decided to sell his house in Washington and move to the lovely city of Fontana, CA!  All was good for two years then he had a stroke.  So I came out of retirement to be his Caretaker.  My mom loved to cook and she was good at it.  She always collected recipies.  So I guess I must have inherited her love of food!  Also it is difficult to find things for my Dad to eat that he enjoys, and my husband is picky too.  I have turned into a short order cook!
